  • Consultant and developer for Ordering & Billing Forum of the Alliance for Telecommunication Industry Solutions for transforming legacy Local Standard Ordering Guidelines (based on EDI standards) to XML Schema.   Created a comprehensive LSOG Data Dictionary, used ArgoUML modeling tool to build complex class models, generate and test schema documents within an Eclipse Platform.

  • Development of ezPreorder Gateway application system; Environment: Mercator (EDI), J2EE, WebLogic Server, JMRI, Interactive Agent, JMS, SOAP/WSDL, Windows, Solaris, Oracle. The ezPreorder Gateway is a mediation server between service providers providing electronic bonding for the purpose of wholesale trading

  • NPAC Simulator LNP Test Extensions (LTE) enhancements to 3.1 for Neustar Inc.; Environment: HP-UX, HP aCC (C/C++), Perl, DSET Toolkit. Project Managed development, testing, and deployment of Local Number Portability Test Suite for Neustar Inc.

  • HFC-EM (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial – Element Management) broadband system for AT&T Cable (now Comcast), Telcordia, Piscataway, NJ; Environment: DSET Toolkit, JBroker, HP 11i aCC, Java, and Oracle. Project managed a redesign and development of a Broadband element management system
